If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. The return process is based on how you made your purchase.
Carpet Fresheners are not eligible as they are handmade.

- Returns accepted for 14 days
- Customer provides return shipping
- No restocking fees
Products that have been used, damaged, or otherwise in poor condition may not be refunded.

Received Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email us within five (5) days of receiving it.
Did not receive your order?
If you did not receive your order after receiving a delivery confirmation, please email us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
If USPS lost your order, you will need to file a claim with them. We cannot refund orders that were lost by USPS.
