I never received what I ordered.

I ordered the carpet freshener and I didn't receive it.

First time mailing?

Was excited to get the package and try them out (ordered all 3 carpet fresheners) Bottles were opened and powder everywhere. Ashame I can't dubmit pictures. VERY dissapointed. Clean house and Jamaican hibiscus are half empty Iris lost about a quarter. Smells good for it being a mixture of all 3. Now I have to vaccum but not because I'm trying it out, its all over my kitchen.

We would have loved the opportunity to rectify this issue instead of getting a negative review based on shipping. There were some orders sent where we ran out of our regular tape seal and had to improvise. Guess we know better for next time! In any event, thanks for trying our product.

Jamaican Hibuscus

Just used the Jamaican Hibiscus for the first time. It has a nice light aroma, very pleasant. A little hard to shake from the container but kept hitting the bottom & it & it was coming out ok. I will be trying the other 2 scents. Some of the powder came out into the delivery envelope, but not much. Maybe that can be worked on.

We had to improvise on tape for some orders, hoping this was the reason for the spill. carpet refresher

actually I was very disappointed in the product. I used it as soon as it came. It was much smaller I guess than what I expected, but followed the instructions, sprinkled on the carpet and waited and vacuumed. First there was no real scent. Then there truly was no difference. I really am sorry that it didn't work as I had great expectations.

Too little/ No scent

I was surprised to see such a small container. Powder was all inside the pkg.
so I sprinkled it on my bedroom rug, let it sit and vacuumed. I could not smell anything.

Our products are premium and made in small batches by hand and that is reflected in the size and pricing. Clean House is one of our more popular scents. Sorry you couldn't smell anything.

Clean smellling carpets

AMAZING!!!

This stuff is amazing. I had a carpet with smoke odor that was overwhelming. It is in a 13x13 room: I used one container and the odor is mostly gone. Will probably order another container to finish the job. Thank you

High expectations

Small for price. Nice smell for a very short while. Couldn't get the powder to come out and when it did it came out clumpy. TV add enticed me but I think no more.

Smells yummy

I just received my carpet deodorizer and it smells delightful. My husband is super sensitive to fragrance and he really likes it too. The container might be on the small side but you’ll want to use sparingly. It’s not overwhelming but perfect. I am waiting for the reed diffusers to become available.
